Loyalty & retention platform

Ecommerce & menu integration

We pull product, menu, and order data from your ecommerce / POS to power abandoned cart, brand spotlights, and personalized offers.

Dutchie / ecommerce API access

If you're on Dutchie, generate an API key under Settings → Integrations → API. For Jane / Treez, your CSM can issue a partner key. Don't paste live keys here — use the field below or share via 1Password.

Email sending domain & authentication

To deliver consistently — and not land in spam — we need to authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.

We recommend a subdomain (e.g., mail. or shop.) so your root domain stays untouched.

How would you like to handle DNS setup? *
If yes, we'll coordinate a warming + cutover plan to protect your domain reputation.
What's actually getting added? One SPF record (or a merge if you already have one), 2–3 DKIM CNAMEs from your ESP, and one DMARC TXT record set to p=none initially, escalated after 30 days of clean alignment.

Automated flows & discount strategy

Five core flows do 80% of the retention work. Toggle each one on and set the discount you want us to use. Leave a flow off if you want to add it later.

Discount type guide: % off works best for brand-agnostic offers, $ off for higher AOV, BOGO for moving inventory, free gift with min spend for AOV lift, points multiplier if you're on Alpine IQ or SpringBig and want to protect margin.

3-touch onboarding when someone joins your list. Sets the tone, drives first purchase.
Birthday
Fires 7 days before birthday with a personalized offer. Top-3 ROI flow.
30-day win-back
Targets customers who haven't ordered in 30 days. Light nudge.
60-day win-back
Stronger offer. Customer is at risk.
90-day win-back ("we miss you")
Last chance to reactivate before they go dormant. Heaviest offer.
Abandoned cart
Recovers checkout drop-offs. 2-touch sequence at 1hr and 24hr.
Tip: don't discount on the first touch — only the 24hr follow-up.

Identity resolution

Optional add-on. We resolve anonymous web visitors to real, contactable identities — so you can market to the 95%+ of traffic that never logs in or fills a form.

How it works: A lightweight script on your storefront detects visitor identity through our compliant data partners. Resolved leads flow into your loyalty platform as a new audience, ready for welcome and abandoned-cart flows.

Pricing: $0.25 per resolved lead. You're only billed for leads we successfully resolve to a real, deliverable contact. No minimums, monthly opt-out.
